Sewing and Pattern-Making

Is your child interested in fashion and making their own creations? Join us this winter and learn basic fashion design and how to make your concepts come to life! “Sew What?” is a fashion design program for children ages 9 years old and up. Our beginner classes allow the inner designer to come out and the students to create their very own masterpiece from the initial inspiration to finished project using a sewing machine. Students will learn the basics in sewing and pattern-making techniques, as well as fashion and accessory design. Students will go home with projects they create in class during the 6-week session. Times: 6 sessions, Wednesdays, 3:50 PM–4:50 PM
beginning January 25th
Place: LaGrande Park Building
Fee: $110, registration due by January 18th
Ages: 9 years old and up
