SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Conducted By TriState Multisport

Being fast and agile has been rated as the number one priority by coaches, however practice times are limited to technique and players are expected to do this on their own.  These sessions will improve an athlete of any sport by creating joint strength, improving balance and coordination, improving confidence and learning the secrets of quickness and power.  These drills and challenges teach an athlete to understand his or her body in order to turn good athletes into great ones – the same exercises that college and pro players use every day! Coach Mike Czech is a certified personal trainer, a sports conditioning specialist and professional running coach, working with high school, youth and college athletes to improve their play and performance.

Times and Dates:
Mondays 5 sessions:  Oct 4, Oct 11, Oct 18, Oct 18, Nov 1
4:45 – 5:35pm
Fee: $130
Saturdays 5 sessions: Oct 2, Oct 9, Oct 16  Oct 23, Oct 30
9:00-9:50am
Fee: $130
Or twice a week Monday and Saturday for 10 sessions Fee: $220
Place: Forest Road Park, outdoors by building
Ages: 9-14
